My friend enjoyed her beer, I enjoyed my wine, and I appreciate that they offer very reasonable by-the-glass prices. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—it’s clear how much care goes into the menu and the overall dining experience. One small note: I really miss the poblano rigatoni that used to be on the menu. It was one of my absolute favorites and such a unique, memorable dish. I completely understand menus evolve, but if there’s ever a chance of bringing it back, even as a seasonal special, I’d be thrilled. EVO remains one of my top dining spots in town, and I’ll definitely be back soon! ”
“ A perfect dinner for our last night in Scottsdale. Dark, a little moody & delicious food. Sonny B was our server and he was great! Attentive and offered ideas, and kept our waters full & our wine glasses. He let us know of the special which was if you order a bottle you get the meatballs free! Say Less! The meatballs are AMAZING. Def. worth ordering even if they don't come with your wine :) A great wine list, full of options, regions & price points. Something for everyone. I ordered the Bolognese: Pappardelle | Beef/Pork/Veal Ragu | Ricotta | Parmesan | Basil. - Their pappardelle noodles were perfectly cooked and I was a happy girl! We sat at a lovely round table that fit our group of girls and it was a perfect cozy end to our trip. Cin! Cin! ”
